A Basware application is accessible anywhere in the world, if the relevant accounts payable assistant or budget administrator has access to his business network. For instance, we have various international clients – including AkzoNobel, Endemol and G-Star – for whom we have executed such a global rollout.
Mobile Internet access may offer a solution for this but partly for security reasons and because of cost-related aspects, we have also developed a feature for a number of business associates to enable them to use Basware offline as well. Once contact is re-established with the relevant business network, the budget administrator’s work list is automatically synchronised.
